Refund Policy

Last updated in August 2026
30-day money-back guarantee on purchases made directly from us (via Paddle) — no questions asked.

Our Guarantee (purchases via Paddle)

If you bought MultiMail Premium directly from us — checkout handled by Paddle — and you are not happy for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. This applies to the Lifetime license as well as subscription plans.

How to Request a Refund (Paddle)

  1. Visit our Support page and open a refund request (or use the Help & Support section directly in the app).
  2. Include the email address or order number used for the purchase.
  3. That's it — no justification required. We may ask for optional feedback to improve the product.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Purchases via Microsoft Store

Purchases made through the Microsoft Store are billed and refunded by Microsoft, not by us. Per Microsoft's refund policy, digital goods such as apps and subscriptions aren't refundable unless the offer or applicable law states otherwise. In the EU, consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, though it may lapse once you start using the digital content. To request a refund, sign in at account.microsoft.com → Order historyRequest a refund. Our 30-day guarantee above applies only to direct (Paddle) purchases and cannot override Microsoft's process — but if you get stuck, contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Subscriptions

After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your Premium license is deactivated and the app returns to the free tier. Your accounts and local data remain untouched — you can keep using MultiMail for free with up to 2 accounts.

Abuse

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of clear abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).
