By using MultiMail, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the application, and by using it, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use the app.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of MultiMail (“MultiMail”, “the App”, “we”, “our”, “us”), provided by:

Description of Service

MultiMail is designed to allow users to securely access and manage multiple web-based email accounts in a single environment. By maintaining separate cookies and login data, the app ensures the privacy of individual accounts.

Our freemium model includes an ad-supported, account-limited free tier, while paid tiers remove ads and unlock additional functionality.

Subscription Plans and Lifetime License

Subscription Plans (Recurring)

MultiMail may be offered under one or more subscription plans (for example monthly, yearly, or multi-year plans). When you purchase a subscription:

• Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
• Billing: You authorize us (or our payment provider) to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method at the start of each billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to subscription features until that time.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. If required by law, we will notify you in advance. Price changes will not affect the current billing period.

Subscription plans may include features such as (non-exhaustive list): account synchronization across devices, cloud-based features, advanced or higher-quota AI features, and priority updates or enhancements. Available features may change over time as the service evolves.

Lifetime License (One-Time Purchase)

MultiMail may also be offered as a lifetime license, which is a one-time purchase. A lifetime license grants you the right to use the purchased version of MultiMail and the lifetime-included features for an indefinite period, subject to these Terms.

• Not a subscription: A lifetime license does not include recurring payments and does not renew automatically.
• Feature scope: The lifetime license includes only the features explicitly stated as part of the lifetime offering at the time of purchase.
• Excluded features: Certain features are not included in the lifetime license, including but not limited to: account synchronization across devices; cloud-based services; AI-powered features beyond basic or limited usage (for example higher quotas, premium models, or newly introduced AI functionality).
• No guarantee of future features: New features introduced after your purchase may require an active subscription, even if they are related to existing functionality.

Minimum guaranteed availability

We guarantee that lifetime-included features will remain available for at least two (2) years from the date of purchase. After this period, we may continue to operate the service at our discretion, but do not guarantee indefinite availability.

Use of AI Assistant Features

MultiMail may include optional AI-powered features (e.g. email reply suggestions, summarization, translation) to assist with content within your emails or other text. These features are provided for your convenience and are powered by third-party services. We disclaim liability for any financial or data losses arising from the use of these third-party services.

Payment, Subscription, and Cancellation

• Payment Options: MultiMail may offer one-time purchases or subscription plans, with features varying by plan type. Purchases are processed either directly by us via Paddle, or through the Microsoft Store.
• Refund Policy: Purchases made via Paddle are eligible for a full refund within 30 days. Microsoft Store purchases follow Microsoft's refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, retaining premium features until the end of the current billing period.
• Disputes & Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider, we reserve the right to immediately revoke access to any associated premium services. We may also terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion to prevent abuse of our services.
• Switching plans: To switch plans, cancel the existing plan and start a new subscription after the current billing period ends.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We provide MultiMail on an “as-is” basis, without guarantees of uninterrupted service or third-party integrations. We disclaim liability for any financial or data losses or damages resulting from the use of the app or third-party services accessed through it.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or policies. Any changes take effect when posted, and by continuing to use MultiMail, you accept the revised terms.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services if users violate these terms or misuse the app. In cases of severe violations, termination may occur without notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Czechia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Czechia.
